What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
Our goal is to make you and your pet feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you step into our animal hospital. Below is a little about what to expect at your dog or cat's first appointment with us.
1. Get Settled
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to fill out our New Patient Form. To save time, you may want to complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
2. Meet Your Veterinarian
Your veterinarian will review your pet's history and discuss their issues. You can ask the veterinarian questions, and they'll dedicate time to answering them.
3. Exam, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once your pet has been assessed, we will provide you with a diagnosis and options for treatment.
After your visit, we will create a detailed report of our diagnosis and your pet's treatment plan. We will keep this information on hand for whenever you need it.

At Madeira Park Veterinary Hospital, we believe that trust is earned and that every cat and dog deserves a safe and loving experience at the veterinarian. We prioritize making each patient feel at home by giving them care and attention and making each client feel heard by listening to their concerns and answering their questions.
We want you and your pet to leave our office feeling great about your experience and looking forward to seeing us again.
